Copyright at The Traditional Path
Copyright protection subsists from the time the work is created in fixed form. The copyright in the work of authorship immediately becomes the property of the author who created the work. Only the author or those deriving their rights through the author can rightfully claim copyright.

The Traditional Path has been able to have Shaykh Nuh's work available to the murids and those who are interested in Tasawwuf, deen and akhira, by providing a website to those who are interested in purchasing lectures. The Traditional Path does its best to offer near at cost prices for murids so they can benefit in this life for the next in spiritual knowledge.
It is to everyone's benefit that you do not copy, or re record anything you purchase from this website, The Traditional Path in Jordan, America, Canada, or England nor the suhba's. This also includes copy, burning or re recording what you know someone else has made or purchased from this site or elsewhere. The Traditional Path is able to offer lectures from Shaykh Nuh out of the generosity of his time giving murids full access to lectures recorded in Jordan, and various parts of the world.
The Traditional Path provides labels on all its written, and audio material.

The Traditional Path Disclaimer
The content of these CDs and cassettes are clear and audible, however some of the lessons were taped with personal cassette recorders and not with professional audio recording equipment.
These darses pertain to the lessons recorded over seas. You may read a disclaimer notice on the page description noting the quality of the recording.
Example:
Poor Recording Quality: means that the lectures were recorded on a
hand held tape recorder and the sound may be muffled, or very low with high "noise" static.
Average Recording Quality: means that the lectures were recorded on a
hand held tape recorder and the sound may be muffled from time to time.
Excellent Recording Quality: means that these lectures were recording using digital sound and are near CD quality

The images posted on the site for the CD's are for advertisement purposes only. They do not represent the actual CD cover that you are ordering. In the future we will be able to offer a more decorative packing system. In the meantime, your CD cover will have a printed label, along with a paper sleeve cover.
At this time, we do not issue refunds or exchanges for sound quality. We would like to offer all lectures to date, but due to past recordings, the quality of some lectures are not up to The Traditional Path's standards, and some lectures may be unavailable to purchase online.
